For dessert we indulged in a flavourful Rhubarb soufflé with delicious chestnut ice cream which was the perfect end to our meal. From robust reds to crisp whites and refreshing cavas, the wine list offers a diverse range of options to accompany your meal. The knowledgeable staff assisted us in selecting the perfect wine to complement our main dishes - a 2019 Bernabeleva 'Navaherreros' red wine from Madrid, Spain. For mains we had the Lamb saddle and Special of the day -Whole snapper. The Snapper was coated in a delicious zesty garlic butter sauce which was honestly so delicious it deserves a paragraph of its own. For dessert we enjoyed a traditional smooth and creamy Burnt Basque cheesecake and Lemon thyme gelato drizzled with olive oil paired with Catalina and Murcia cocktails. Each dish was prepared with care, using quality ingredients and time-honored recipes. The highlight was the main course, Trofie al pesto which was freshly prepared at our table in a giant stone mortar and pestle by an A’mare chef. The Trofie al pesto sauce was fresh and herbaceous which paired perfectly with our refreshing Aperol Spritz’s. For dessert we tried the creamy and decadent classic Tiramisu alongside a Dark chocolate and Orange Semifreddo which was the perfect conclusion to our A’mare experience. For our main course we enjoyed a Slow roast chicken, Herbed potatoes and Charcoaled brussel sprouts paired with the 2010 Château Coufran Merlot.
