Grand Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 Hotel, Bangkok

As soon as I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in was quick, my bags were taken care of, and I was shown straight to my room. The mini bar had a range of delicious Thai snacks, which I really appreciated after the flight. The interiors were clean, modern, and polished which was perfect for a calm space to reset.
Grand Sukhumvit Centre Point 55 was easily one of the most convenient stays I’ve had in Bangkok. I was within walking distance of some of the city’s newest and most talked-about malls, including Emsphere and EmQuartier, which made it easy to spend the afternoon shopping, grabbing lunch, and people-watching in one of Bangkok’s trendiest areas.
One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop pool. In the late afternoon, after a full day out in the heat, I headed up to relax with some light snacks and a drink. The pool has a beautiful view over the city skyline, and even though the humidity was intense, it was the perfect spot to decompress before the night.
I used the gym and sauna briefly to reset my energy and help with jet lag. Both were well-maintained and had everything I needed. Then I got ready for the night; hair, makeup, and an outfit change. There’s also a full wellness floor that’s worth checking out if you want to add a treatment during your stay.
Coming back to my room later that night was honestly the best part. The bed was extremely comfortable and plush, exactly what I needed. Somehow, the view from the room looked even better after dark. The wide horizontal windows stretched across almost the entire room, framing the city skyline. I kept the curtains open all night and loved waking up to that morning view.
Before checking out, I said goodbye to the white bed and got ready in the marble bathroom. I grabbed a quick latte at BlueSpice, their in-house spot on the ground floor. It ended up being one of the best coffees I had in Bangkok; strong, smooth, and clearly a high-quality roast.
Whether you’re in Bangkok for work, a short stopover, or a base for shopping and nightlife, Grand Sukhumvit Centre Point 55 gives you all the essentials in one place: plus extras like a rooftop, sauna, dining, and beautiful views. I’d absolutely stay here again for the location and comfort alone.
